Phillip is a former United States Marine where he was part of the Presidential Honorguard at Marine Barracks 8th and I. He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, from The Business School, George Mason University. Additionally, he maintains industry licenses including the Series 7, 63, 65, 24, and his Life/Health Insurance Licenses.
